Transparent. EU-friendly. Free tier that's actually useful.
The principle: you should never pay AceSense without first testing it on your own matches. The free tier exists to make that possible. The paid tiers exist for players and coaches who've decided this is part of their weekly practice loop and want unlimited access.
The three tiers

For trying it.

EU prices are primary because that's where AceSense is hosted (europe-west1) and headquartered.

Three things that stand out:
- AceSense's free tier is the only "real" one in the category. Three analyses a month is enough for a fortnightly self-coaching loop without paying. The free tiers on competitors are usually time-limited demos.
- Annual-only billing is a competitor habit, not ours. Monthly is the default; annual is a discount, not a forced choice.
- EU pricing is native. SwingVision charges in USD only, and complaints on the Tennisnerd review about the $400/yr top tier are partly a US-vs-EU pricing issue layered on top of the tiering issue.
What's included regardless of tier
Even on Free:
- The full pipeline (TrackNet to court detection to pose to bounce/shot classification to stroke quality)
- The full coaching report
- All shot types (forehand, backhand, serve, volley, slice)
- Hard, clay, and indoor court support
- All supported phones
We don't gate the AI behind a paywall. The free tier is rate-limited, not feature-limited. If the report is good enough on Free, that's a feature, not a bug.
What's not yet included on any tier
Honest list:
- Doubles per-player attribution (beta; see accuracy page)
- Junior courts (78 ft, scaled lines) — roadmap H2 2026
- Carpet courts — out of scope
- Live in-app line calling — not yet (Pro Max-style real-time line calls are SwingVision's strongest feature; we don't compete there yet)
- Apple Watch integration — not planned (most of what an Apple Watch adds, you don't need on AceSense; see iOS page)
Refunds and cancellation
Cancellation. From the dashboard. One tap. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't pro-rate down on cancellation but we don't try to upsell you out of it either.
Refunds. Within 14 days of purchase, full refund, no questions. This is EU consumer law for EU customers; we honour it for non-EU customers too. Email [email protected] with your account email.
Switching plans. Up- or down-grade any time from the dashboard. Pro-rated.
Pausing. Pro and Team support pause-for-up-to-3-months once a year (off-season, injury, holiday). No charge while paused.
What if 3 analyses a month isn't enough on Free?
Two options:
- Hit the limit, wait until next month. The free tier is rate-limited per calendar month and resets on the 1st.
- Upgrade to Pro. Pro is €19/month and the upgrade is instant — your already-uploaded videos process at the higher rate from the moment you upgrade.
We don't offer "Free Plus" or pay-per-analysis. The simpler the pricing, the easier it is for both sides.
Switching from SwingVision, PB Vision, or OnForm
If you're paying for any of those today, here's what you get back:
- From SwingVision Plus ($14.99/mo) → AceSense Free or Pro. Free covers fortnightly users; Pro is comparable on price (€19 vs $14.99) but adds Android, EU hosting, and our published accuracy methodology.
- From SwingVision Pro Max ($400/yr equivalent) → AceSense Pro (€190/yr). Roughly 50% cost reduction. You lose Apple-Watch real-time line calling (the marquee Pro Max feature); you gain Android, EU pricing, and the published methodology.
- From PB Vision (pickleball) → not a direct swap. Different sport. AceSense is tennis-only.
- From OnForm Coach ($39.99/mo) → AceSense Team (€49/mo for 10 seats). OnForm is a generic multi-sport video tool; AceSense is tennis-specific AI. Different products, but for a tennis-only coach, AceSense Team is usually faster and cheaper.
We can't import old reports from these tools (proprietary formats, no APIs), but you can re-upload your past videos to AceSense to rebuild your history.
Tax and invoicing
EU businesses: VAT-reverse-charge handled at checkout with your VAT number. PDF invoices issued automatically.
Non-EU businesses: standard receipt; consult your local tax advisor on deductibility (it almost certainly is).
Private customers: VAT inclusive at the rate of your billing country.
